The Women's T20 World Cup 2023 is scheduled to be the eighth edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, which is a biennial international Twenty20 cricket tournament contested by women's national teams. The tournament is currently scheduled to be held in South Africa from 9 February to 26 February 2023.
The tournament is expected to feature 10 teams, which will be divided into two groups of five teams each. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, and the winners of the semi-finals will play in the final to determine the champion of the tournament.
The previous edition of the Women's T20 World Cup was held in Australia in 2020, and the hosts emerged as champions, defeating India in the final.
