JBNSTS EXAMINATION FORM FILL UP FOR   JUNIOR TALENT SEARCH TEST   (JTST) - 2020

N(Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form) 1.  Students who have passed 10th standard examination in 2020 with minimum 75% marks / equivalent C.G.P.A. (in aggregate) and currently studying in class XI in science stream (with at least 3 subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science) in any school in West Bengal are eligible to apply. 2. Those who have passed 10th standard examination before 2020 are not eligible to apply. # Please keep the following documents ready before you start your online application : 1. Scan copy of 10th standard examination passout marksheet in jpeg / pdf format [ size - 1 MB]. 2. Scan copy of class XI Admission Proof in jpeg / pdf format [ size - 1 MB]. (Fees book / Letter from HM / Principal / Identity Card / Library Card) (Submit if available, although it is not mandatory under this pandemic situation)** 3. Scan copy of Admit card of secondary examination in jpeg / pdf format [ size - 1 MB]. 4. Scanned image of your signature in jpeg format ([ Signature size - Width 160 x height 100 pixels ]*) [size - 15 KB]. 5. Your high resolution recent passport size photograph in jpeg format ([ Photo size - Width 160 x height 190 pixels ]*) [size - 15 KB].   This photograph shall be used for your online examination authentication purpose. If you don't have any such photograph PLEASE CLICK HERE for taking your photograph online through your mobile / laptop / desktop computer camera. You may download this photograph & attach it at the appropriate place in  the form. # Mandatory requirement for taking this examination : 1. You must have a valid email ID. 2. You must have a mobile phone number. 3. You must have to arrange for a camera enabled android mobile phone / laptop computer / desktop computer for taking this examination on December 13, 2020. ** Your email ID and mobile phone number shall be required for your identification / authentication purpose. # Payment option : 1. Application fee for JBNSTS Junior Talent Search Examination is Rs. 100.00 [ Respective transaction charges are applicable as per Govt. rules ].     2. Online payment of application fee can be made, using the following modes :       a) Net Banking   b) Debit Card   c) Credit Card   d) Wallet   f) UPI   # Refund / Cancellation Policy : Fee once paid will not be refunded.
